We recruit a small number of analysts each year and train them ourselves. The programme runs for two years and covers financial modelling and valuation, financial due diligence, the Nigerian regulatory framework as it applies to a transaction, drafting, and the conduct of a process from mandate to completion. Analysts work on live mandates from the first month, under supervision, and are reviewed formally every six months against a published standard.

We recruit for judgement and for care with detail. Prior transaction experience is useful and is not required. Academic distinction is noted and is not determinative.

Applications are reviewed by the partnership committee. Every applicant receives a response.
