This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and makes no request to any third party. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
If you choose a light or dark theme, that choice is stored in your own browser and is never sent to us.
What we collect and why.
We collect what you send us: your name, contact details and anything you tell us about a business or an investment. We use it to answer you and to assess and carry out a possible transaction. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to you and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing.
Who sees it.
Our professional advisers, such as counsel and auditors, under a duty of confidence, where needed to assess or complete a transaction. A regulator, court or law enforcement body where the law requires it. No one else.
Our email is provided by Microsoft, so correspondence may be stored on servers outside Nigeria, under safeguards the Act recognises.
How long we keep it.
For as long as we need it to respond to you and to pursue or complete a transaction, and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep records.
What you can ask us to do.
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw any consent you have given. We acknowledge every request within two business days.
You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission at any time.
