Every co-investor sees the transaction before committing a naira to it: the business, the price, the financing and the exit plan. Nothing is committed on your behalf to a deal you have not examined.
We invest on the same transaction. When the deal works, we all win on the same terms. When it does not, we lose alongside you. That is the only alignment worth having.
A seat at the table on every deal.
Our diligence, our view of value and our ownership plan, set out in writing before you decide. Reporting through the life of the investment. A clear exit route, chosen on the numbers.
What a co-investor signs up to.
- Minimum commitment
- ₦1 billion per transaction
- Our own money
- The firm invests at least 25% of the equity in every transaction, on the same terms as co-investors
- Fees
- A one-off fee of 2% of transaction value. No annual fee on capital that is not invested
- Reporting
- Quarterly written reports on each investment, and the annual audited accounts
- Exit
- Planned before signing. A public listing when the business and market are ready, a strategic sale when it creates a stronger outcome
Co-investment is arranged privately, transaction by transaction. Nothing on this website is an offer of securities or an invitation to subscribe for them.
- We do not ask for money before there is a deal.

- We do not charge a fee for holding capital that is not invested.
